Dass ich bei Spektacles immer noch meine Augenuntersuchungen mache, wenn ich in Indiana lebe, sagt viel darüber aus, wie sehr ich alles und jeden bei Spektacles genieße. Vielen Dank.

Sie schauten auf mein Konto und sagten, dass sie nicht einmal die Kontaktprüfung zu meinem Anspruch hinzugefügt hatte. Sie hatte nur die Augenuntersuchung hinzugefügt. Die Zuzahlung der Augenuntersuchung war eine separate Gebühr von 20 USD. Meine Versicherungsgesellschaft kontaktierte das Büro und sprach mit Dr. Kim. Dr. Kim sagte ihnen, dass sie dachte, sie würde nur 60 Dollar für die Prüfung erhalten und deshalb berechnete sie mir mehr als meine Zuzahlung! Ich fragte die Versicherungsgesellschaft, ob sie als In-Network-Anbieter mit ihnen beauftragt worden sei, mir die Zuzahlung für die versicherten Leistungen in Rechnung zu stellen, und sie sagten ja. Die Versicherungsgesellschaft arbeitete mit ihrem Büro zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass ich eine Rückerstattung für den Betrag erhielt, der mir über meine Zuzahlung hinaus berechnet wurde, aber ich werde diesen Augenarzt nie wieder benutzen. Ihr Verhalten war unethisch und unprofessionell. Ich werde mich wegen dieses Vorfalls an das California Optometry Board wenden.
