Innerhalb der ersten zwei Tage nach dem Auspacken löste sich der Stift von der Schnur, wodurch der Globus unbrauchbar wurde und nicht mehr repariert werden konnte. Ich habe sofort Kontakt mit der Firma aufgenommen und ein Foto beigefügt. Sie sagten, ich könnte es zurückschicken, habe aber kein Rücksendeetikett bereitgestellt. Nun, ohne ein Rücksendeetikett würde es 54,00 USD kosten, es zurückzusenden (fast die Kosten der Welt). Auf ihrer Website werben sie für eine Garantie. Ich habe sie mindestens zehn Mal über Anrufe mit Voicemails und E-Mails kontaktiert, und sie werden sich wegen eines Rücksendeetiketts nicht bei mir melden. Was für eine frustrierende Situation.
