Preisgünstig, qualitätsbewusst und transparent. Papenmeier verkauft oder fertigt sehr gute Reha-Technologie im Bereich Sehbehinderung und Blindheit. Das Unternehmen bietet transparente Informationen zu allen Optionen und überlässt es dem Benutzer und / oder Antragsteller, ob B. ein Computer über das Unternehmen selbst gekauft oder ein Gerät aus dem normalen Handel genommen wird.
Die Versionen der Software sind auch optimal an die Hardware angepasst. Es gibt eine JAWS-Version, die speziell für oder von Papenmeier selbst entwickelt wurde und sehr gut mit dem Braille-Display von Papenmeier funktioniert - unabhängig davon, ob es sich um ein älteres oder ein neueres Modell handelt.

Aber da ich im normalen Handel einen Laptop gekauft habe, war es ein bisschen schwierig ... also kam der Feldarbeiter trotz Corona zu uns nach Hause. Und selbst als sie vergaßen, das Mauspad auf meinem Laptop auszuschalten, kam er so schnell wie möglich zurück. Es stellte sich heraus, dass die Maus nicht ausgeschaltet, aber zumindest verlangsamt werden kann.
Fazit: Alle Mitarbeiter helfen wo immer möglich, ich bleibe bei Papenmeier.
Leider wurden Verkauf und Service in 2 verschiedene Schubladen gestellt.
Dementsprechend sind die Preise für Produkte und Dienstleistungen sehr teuer.
Wenn es dann wie in unserem Fall zu Problemen mit Software / Hardware kommt, werden Sie immer abgeschreckt und geben Softwareanbietern wie Windows die Schuld.
Die Tatsache, dass man Produkte erwirbt, die zuvor mittels Verkaufsberatern genau auf die Bedürfnisse des Käufers abgestimmt wurden, scheint hier jedoch nicht wichtig zu sein.
Andernfalls hätte man die bestehenden Probleme sofort gelöst.
Stattdessen bleibt man bei den Problemen wie Papenmeier, als ob diese Systemanforderungen in der Konsultation nicht erörtert worden wären.
Wir werden dieses Unternehmen sicherlich nicht mehr kaufen, da die überteuerten Preise für Produkt und Service in keiner Weise gerechtfertigt sind.

Ich möchte hier Papenmeiers Antwort kommentieren.
Es geht nicht nur um die Software "Corel Draw", die Probleme mit "Zoomtext" hat.
In erster Linie handelt es sich um das Warenverwaltungsprogramm "JTL-WAWI", das mit einer MYSQL-Datenbank arbeitet.
Hier ist das gesamte Programm gelähmt und stürzt ab.
Ich möchte darauf hinweisen, dass während der Konsultation beide Programme verfügbar waren und auf die erforderliche Funktionalität hingewiesen wurde.
Da 80% des Arbeitstages mit diesen Programmen verbracht werden müssen, ist natürlich eine volle Funktion erforderlich.
Über die Firma Papenmeier haben wir mehrere Produkte für unseren sehbehinderten Sohn erworben. Wir waren zu 100 Prozent von der Kaufberatung und insbesondere vom Service bei Problemen überzeugt. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung kann ich Papenmeier jedem empfehlen, der Hilfsmittel kaufen muss!

Und in jüngerer Zeit bekomme ich nicht einmal ein Angebot und es dauert schon zehn wie lange Führen Sie es zurück, um ihn für ein Jaws for Win 10 zu erhalten. Ich werde im I-Net nach einem neuen Distributor suchen, der mit einem neuen Win-System auf dem PC arbeiten kann.
