Hallo Leute, ich habe heute direkt aus Großbritannien angerufen, als Ihre Telefonleitungen geöffnet wurden, um sich nach der Buchung der Regal Princess zu erkundigen. 3. März 2019 FLL Caribbean 7 Nächte Segeln. Der Typ, mit dem ich gesprochen habe, schien wirklich abwesend und nicht an meinen Fragen interessiert zu sein und schloss mich, als ich Fragen zu verschiedenen Kabinen stellte. Ich war so enttäuscht von dem Anruf, dass ich mich entschied, den Anruf höflich zu beenden und die Princess UK-Verkaufsnummer selbst anzurufen, die ich dann auf eine Suite aufrüstete. Die Dame, mit der ich sprach, war erstklassig und sehr hilfsbereit und erkannte auch, dass ich zuvor mit Princess gereist war und mir mehr verkauft hatte, als ich vorher wollte, was in Ordnung war, da ihre Verkaufsfähigkeiten großartig waren. Nur um zu zeigen, dass der erste Eindruck zählt. Ich werde Dargal jetzt nicht verwenden und es keinem unserer Reisekollegen empfehlen.
