Ich rufe von einer Arztpraxis an, um ihre Faxnummer zu erhalten, da sie nicht aufgeführt ist. Ich habe seit über 15 Minuten darauf gewartet, dass jemand sie abholt. Momentan noch warten.

Nachdem ich 23 Minuten gewartet hatte, wurde ich aufgelegt !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hier 3 Tage hintereinander angerufen, jedes Mal ungefähr eine Stunde warten, aber NIEMALS verbunden werden, NIEMALS!

Albtraum planen. Sie sind überbucht, unterbeschäftigt und nicht sehr an ihren Patienten interessiert. Ich brauche zweimal pro Woche Physiotherapie und nach dem ersten Termin wurde mir zwei Wochen später der "nächste offene Platz" angeboten.

Oh Gipfel !!! Ich beschuldige das Unternehmen. Die Praktizierenden kümmern sich aber deutlich überarbeitet. Der Ort ist unterbesetzt. Wartezeiten für Anrufe sind verrückt. Die Leute an der Rezeption tun mir leid. Leider ist es der einzige Ort in meinem Plan.

Ich war ein Patient für Knieersatz und platzte Bakers Cyst. Tolle Anlage. Große Aufmerksamkeit und folgen durch. Vielen Dank.
