Ich bin derzeit in den von Ihnen erworbenen Colonnade-Apartments ansässig. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Update von außen, dem Malen usw. Das tut jedoch nichts für das schlechte Fundament der Wohnungen. Ich muss sagen, dass die Wartung seit dem Abgang des alten Managementteams stark zurückgegangen ist. Obwohl ich die 2-köpfige Crew liebe, habe ich festgestellt, dass das Abwickeln von Anfragen viel länger dauert. Ich finde es inakzeptabel, dass ich eine hohe Summe bezahle, um in dieser Wohnanlage zu wohnen (das Tor hat in etwa 3 nicht funktioniert oder jetzt 4 Wochen). Um 17 Uhr fand ein Treffen über die Aufbewahrung statt, an dem ich nicht teilnehmen konnte, da ich während dieser Stunden arbeite. Nun, es wäre schön, wenn alle Wohnungen das gleiche Modell von Jalousien hätten. Wie wäre es, Mietern, die schon immer bei Ihnen waren (ME, ME, ME), Upgrades für ihre Wohnungen anzubieten? Ja, ich bin mir sicher, dass eine hohe Gebühr erhoben wird, aber da Sie mit jedem neuen Mietvertrag einen hohen Mietvertrag abschließen, wäre dies für einige von uns kein Problem. Die Sitzung ist beendet, aber ich bezweifle sehr, dass ich mich mit diesem Komplex erneuern werde. Viel Glück beim Halten guter Mieter.
