Ich hatte die schlimmste Zeit mit dieser Firma. Was zwei Wochen hätte dauern sollen, dauerte 6 Monate und ich wurde am Ende nicht einmal genehmigt. Hier sind die Dinge, die passiert sind:
- Sie haben über einen Monat lang wiederholt die falsche Telefonnummer angerufen und waren dann unhöflich zu mir und meinem Berater, als sie es herausfanden
- Es dauerte noch ungefähr 2 Wochen, bis sie eine App mit mir eingerichtet hatten, obwohl ich wiederholt angerufen hatte.
- Sie baten meinen Mann, eine medizinische Anforderung zu stellen, auch nachdem er genehmigt worden war.
- Sie gaben an, die Anforderungsformulare an mein Dokument gesendet zu haben, aber sie befanden sich nicht in meinen Dokumentenunterlagen und mussten einige Male erneut angefordert werden, bevor wir eine Kopie erhielten.
- Sie belästigten meine Arztpraxis wegen Formularen, selbst nachdem die Arztpraxis sie geschickt hatte. Ich denke, sie hätten sie verloren. Mit Belästigung meine ich, mehr als 3 Mal am Tag anzurufen, selbst nachdem die Rezeptionistin ihnen wiederholt gesagt hatte, sie hätten sie geschickt. Sie haben sogar angerufen, als wir dort für eine separate App waren. Sie haben jedoch nicht alle diese Anrufe in ihren Aufzeichnungen protokolliert. Sie sagten, ein Teil des Grundes, warum ich nicht zugelassen wurde, sei, dass mein Arzt eine Situation vor zehn Jahren nicht näher erläutern konnte. Da er erst seit 3 ​​Jahren mein Arzt ist und diese Situation mein Leben nicht mehr beeinflusst, denke ich, dass dies ein ungültiger Grund ist, jemandem eine Versicherung zu verweigern. Obwohl ich es an dieser Stelle sowieso nicht von diesen Jungs wollen würde.
