Sehr unzuverlässig. 3 Mal keine Show, dann ruf an, um zu sagen, dass du in vier Tagen da bist. Bitten Sie am Tag vor dem Besuch um einen Anruf, KEIN Anruf. Wenn sie anrufen, möchten sie mich am selben Tag wie den Anruf einbinden. Als sie kamen, nahmen sie nur BP und Temp und sagten, dass alles gut aussieht. 6 Stunden später mit einer wütenden Infektion ins Krankenhaus eingeliefert. Alle Symptome waren bei ihrem Besuch da. Ich hatte eine große Operation wegen Krebs. Der Service, den sie erbrachten, war nutzlos.

Während der Zeit meines Mannes in der häuslichen Hospizpflege war die Krankenschwester wunderbar. Sie zeigte während der 3 Monate, in denen sie uns besuchte, solche Sorge und sanfte Fürsorge für ihn. Nach Stunden wurden Anrufe umgehend zurückgegeben und jede Person, mit der wir Kontakt hatten, war nur hilfsbereit und rücksichtsvoll. Ich würde diese Gruppe jedem empfehlen.

Sie sind nie pünktlich, rufen nie an, wenn sie zu spät kommen oder es an einem bestimmten Tag nicht schaffen, den sie bereits geplant haben. Es ist sehr frustrierend!
