Absolut schreckliche Firma. Unser gemeinnütziger Verein hat sie beauftragt, unsere IT-Probleme auszulagern, aber sie kommunizieren nicht mit den Mitarbeitern unseres Unternehmens, wenn sie Updates implementieren. Sie reagieren auch nicht in angemessener Zeit, um IT-Probleme zu lösen. Sie sagen, dass sie auf Slack "aktiv" sind, aber sie brauchen 2-3 Tage, um zu antworten. Aufgrund des Missmanagements bei der Umstellung auf Office 365 habe ich Fotos auf meinem persönlichen iPhone verloren, weil meine Unternehmens-E-Mail-Adresse mit diesem synchronisiert wurde. Erst nachdem andere Mitarbeiter auf das Problem hingewiesen hatten, sagten sie, dass es ein Nebeneffekt der Umstellung sei.
