Absolut schreckliche Erfahrung. Ich rief an, um Informationen über die Eröffnung eines Geschäftskontos zu erhalten. Mir wurde gesagt, ich müsse zuerst mit einem Finanzberater sprechen. Der Empfang hatte keine Schulung, schlechten Kundenservice und war unglaublich ahnungslos über jede einzelne Frage, die ich stellte.

Ich rief am Silvesterabend um 9:30 Uhr an, nur um zu wissen, wann sie geöffnet haben. Zuerst klingelte es, dann ging eine Aufnahme über die Person, die nicht verfügbar ist. Keine Ankündigung der Kreditgenossenschaft oder so. Ich habe 4 Mal zurückgerufen, es gab jedes Mal eine Abholung und eine Unterbrechung. Solch schlechter Service. Würde diese Kreditgenossenschaft niemandem empfehlen
