Sehr unethische Gesellschaft. Arbeitete mehrere Jahre ohne Probleme mit ihnen zusammen, verkaufte das Geschäft aber vor Monaten. Sie berechneten mir weiterhin die Kosten für den Kauf eines neuen Eigentümers, obwohl sich der neue Eigentümer mit ihnen versöhnt hatte. Sie weigerten sich zu erstatten. Die Menge war nicht viel, aber es ist das Prinzip der Sache. Überprüfen Sie Ihre Rechnungen!

Kein Kundenservice !!! Ich habe am Montag, den 30. um 11:45 Uhr Barbizid-Tücher bei ihnen bestellt. Auf ihrer Website stand "Artikel auf Lager und wird in 2 Tagen versendet". Am Freitag, den 03.04.20 habe ich versucht, über den Chat-Dienst ein Update zu erhalten. Da jedoch niemand geantwortet hat, habe ich eine E-Mail gesendet. Es gab keine Antwort, also habe ich es am Dienstag, den 07.04.20 erneut versucht. Wieder gab es keine Antwort per Chat oder E-Mail.

Mein nächster Schritt war der Versuch, sie über soziale Medien zu kontaktieren. Ich wollte endlich jemanden auf IG holen, der mir sagte, der Artikel sei ausverkauft und er warte auf Sendungen. Ok, ich verstehe es aufgrund des aktuellen Klimas und allem, was vor sich geht. Auf ihrer Website ist es jedoch immer noch als auf Lager aufgeführt. Außerdem wurde meine Kreditkarte am ersten Kaufdatum belastet. Heute ist der 4/10/20 und es gibt noch kein Update von ihnen. Keine E-Mail oder irgendetwas, das Kunden über Verzögerungen informiert.
