Wir hatten einige Dinge zu beanstanden und erwarteten eine Rückerstattung, weil wir den Berg einschließlich des Trivantis (zu wenig Batterien) hochschieben mussten und somit unser Nachmittagsprogramm verkürzt wurde.
Leider weiß diese Firma nicht, wie sie mit Kundenbeschwerden umgehen soll, stattdessen wurden falsche Dinge behauptet, was die Situation für mich / uns noch schlimmer machte. Aber dann haben wir noch eine kleine Ermäßigung erhalten

Schade, die Trivantis wären wirklich cool und machen Spaß für einen Gruppenausflug.
