Ich hatte meinem Hund zu seinem Geburtstag ein Thunderworks-Shirt gekauft. Ich habe am Mittwoch für 2 Tage Versand bezahlt, um sicherzustellen, dass mein Hund an seinem Geburtstag, dem Sonntag, sein Geburtstagsgeschenk bekam. Ich habe am Samstag eine Benachrichtigung erhalten, dass die Lieferung erst nach 20 Uhr am Montagabend erfolgt. Ich rief bei Thunderworks an und die Kundendienstmitarbeiterin konnte mir nicht weiterhelfen. Sie schickte mich an eine Voicemail des Managers. ZWEI Tage später erhielt ich keine Nachricht und musste mich selbst zurückrufen! Ich sprach mit einem Manager und sagte ihr, dass ich etwas zurückerstatten möchte, weil ich selbst zu Fedex gehen musste, um mein Paket abzuholen, und Fedex mein Paket mit über 400 anderen Paketen im Container finden musste und für einen Manager, der mich nicht anrief zurück! Sie war so unhöflich! Dieser Manager rief mich an und redete über mich, ganz zu schweigen davon, dass sie aufgelegt hat !!!! NIE wieder bei Thunderworks bestellen!

Ich dachte, dass Thunder Works einen schrecklichen Kundenservice hat. Ich wollte das Produkt für den 4. Juli für meine beiden Hunde ausprobieren. Nach Erhalt einer Versandbenachrichtigung wurde diese nie aus der Vorablieferung entfernt. Also rief ich an und sie sagten, sie würden es untersuchen. Und melde dich bei mir. Sie haben es nicht getan. Als ich erneut anrief, sagte der Kundendienstmitarbeiter, dass er die Sendung zur Lieferung verpasst habe, sie aber jetzt verschicke. Ich versuchte abzusagen und sie sagte mir, es sei zu spät, aber ich könnte es zurückschicken. 5 Tage später habe ich es immer noch nicht und es zeigt immer noch, dass es vor dem Versand ist. Ich habe ihnen 2 E-Mails geschickt und keine wurde beantwortet und jetzt musste ich auf einen Streit mit meiner Kreditkarte zurückgreifen. Das Produkt selbst habe ich seitdem rechtzeitig von Amazon erhalten. Und während ich es für einen Hund behalten werde, in der Hoffnung, dass es am 4. Juli helfen wird, hatte meine andere Hündin mehr Angst vor dem Thundershirt als vor Feuerwerk und Donner !! Sie ist kein Hund, der gerne kuschelt, und ich denke, mit ihrer Einstellung mochte sie das Gefühl, umarmt zu werden, nicht. Alles in allem eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung mit diesem Unternehmen.

Hatte ein Problem mit meiner Leine. Sie sagten mir 2-3 Wochen und es waren 2-3 Tage. Mein Arm fühlt sich schon besser an. Tolles Produkt und Service.
