Ich bin gerade in eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung im 1. Stock eines Hauses gezogen. Zuvor wurde das Haus renoviert, sodass der Vermieter das ganze Haus bezahlte. Hatte schwere Maschinen und Hitze rund um die Uhr. Die Lichtrechnung war höchstens 150. Ich bin am 3. Februar umgezogen. Der Zählerstand vom 3. bis zum 25. zeigt, dass meine Lichtrechnung 551 ist. Ich war vorher in einem Familienheim, also hatte ich nicht einmal Fernseher, Lampen und Mikrowelle, als ich für mindestens 2 Wochen einzog. Verständlicherweise stand ich unter Schock. Ich habe angerufen und der Kundendienst weiß nicht, wie ich eine meiner Fragen beantworten soll. Wenn ich für das ganze Haus belastet werde, obwohl es nur der 1. Stock sein soll. Was würden sie tun und wenn die Ablesung falsch ist, was werden sie mit diesem Rechnungsbetrag tun, nichts. Am meisten bot sie an, jemanden zu schicken, der das Messgerät überprüft und ihm alle Fragen stellt, die ich habe. Wie ein 1 br passend mit 1 Kühlschrank. 1 Fernseher. 2 Lampen (weil Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer keine Glühbirnen in der Decke haben) verbrauchten 551 in weniger als einem Monat? Smdh

Wenn ich null Sterne geben könnte, würde ich. Die unprofessionellsten, unhöflichsten und respektlosesten Mitarbeiter, mit denen ich jemals zu tun hatte. Es ist bedauerlich, dass sie mein Stadtlieferant sind.

So ein Schmerz, mit dieser Firma zu arbeiten. Ich möchte nur die automatische Zahlung auf meiner Kreditkarte einrichten. Sie werden es nicht zulassen. Ich habe versucht, es mit meinem Bankkonto einzurichten, und sie sagten mir, dass die Gebühren nicht durchgehen werden. Jedes Mal, wenn ich meine Rechnung bezahlen möchte, muss ich 20 Minuten damit verbringen, über die Kreditkartenautomatisierung zu bezahlen, und mir werden jedes Mal 4 US-Dollar berechnet.

Ich will dich nur bezahlen und nicht so viel Zeit damit verschwenden!
