Der Proktor für meine 12-Uhr-Prüfung erschien 38 Minuten zu spät. Niemand im Büro konnte mir ausreichende Antworten geben, wann er auftauchen würde. Es war eine beunruhigende Erfahrung, und außerdem sind sie nicht bereit, auf die Gebühr für die Wiederholung dieser Prüfung zu verzichten. Ich verstehe, dass Dinge passieren, aber wenn sie es tun, sollten Unternehmen tun, was sie können, um ihre Pannen auszugleichen.
