Phone House und T-Mobile schaffen das nicht! Ein im Telefonhaus in Huizen gekaufter Aufladecode funktioniert nicht und die Umstellung beginnt. T-Mobile würde es vorziehen, eine Beschwerde nicht mit einer Anfrage nach einer Antwort zu registrieren - sie versprechen keine Antwort. Also zurückhalten. Und Phone House sagt, sie rufen T-Mobile an ... aber dann musst du in den Laden kommen. Dass Sie mehr als eine Stunde unterwegs sind, um 10 Euro Guthaben aufzuladen. Beide spielen herunter.
