Ich habe im Dezember 2019 zwei Bestellungen aufgegeben. Am 29. Januar wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass sie versandbereit sind. Ich wartete immer noch auf die Lieferung im März und versuchte, die Artikel zu stornieren. Mir wurde gesagt, dass sie unterwegs waren und nicht storniert werden konnten. Im April wiederholte der Kundenservice ihre Geschichte. Ebenfalls im April wurden die Artikel zu 50% verkauft. Mir wurde gesagt, dass ich keinen Anspruch auf Rückerstattung habe, aber dass ich die Pakete nach ihrer Ankunft zurückgeben könne. Ich stellte fest, dass das damit verbundene Risiko nicht beherrschbar war - sie würden sowohl mein Geld als auch ihre Gegenstände haben, und die Chancen, dass die Transaktion jemals abgeschlossen wird, waren gering.
Einer der Artikel wurde schließlich im Mai erhalten. Es ist zu groß zum Tragen. Anscheinend wird der andere Artikel nie versendet, wird nie empfangen und kann daher sowieso nie zurückgegeben werden.
In Zukunft werde ich keine Artikel online kaufen, unabhängig davon, wie schön die Fotos sind oder wie effektiv das Lifestyle-Marketing ist. Diese Firma importiert billige Gegenstände, die das Risiko, das Geld oder die Verschlechterung nicht wert sind.
