Meiner Tochter wurde gesagt, sie solle aus dem Bus steigen, wenn sie einen Termin hatte, und es gab Zeiten wie heute, in denen sie überhaupt nicht abgeholt wurde. Dies sind Termine mit bestätigten Reservierungen! Als Steuerzahler bin ich verärgert darüber, dass Steuergelder möglicherweise verschwendet werden. Als Mutter von jemandem, der von diesen Diensten abhängig ist, ist dies unentschuldbar! Jeder kann einen Fehler machen, aber dies ist ein wiederkehrendes Problem. Diejenigen, die von diesem Dienst abhängig sind, können sich nicht darauf verlassen, und die Steuerzahler zahlen für Dienste, die offensichtlich defekt sind. Wie kann eine solche Inkompetenz toleriert werden - dieses System ist kaputt.

Ging für eine Klasse auf Medicare. Diese Damen waren fantastisch! Sie arbeiten mit Ihnen zusammen, solange Sie verstehen, was Sie tun müssen. Ich bin wieder zurückgegangen und brauche vielleicht ein weiteres Treffen, aber Sie haben das Gefühl, dass sie so glücklich sind, Ihnen zu helfen.
