SkyLine and SkyGarden Park Villa Rezension

Ich liebe diesen Ort. Ist zentriert und das Management geändert.

Wenn Sie die Definition von Unhöflichkeit nicht kennen, sprechen Sie mit der Dame im Leasingbüro. Schlimmste Person überhaupt. schlechtester Ort zum Leben.

Als ich einzog, hatte die Wohnung Kakerlaken. Ich sagte es dem Manager und sie sagte, sie würde es reparieren lassen. Nach ungefähr einer Woche ließ sie tatsächlich jemanden kommen, der die Wohnung besprühte. Ich reichte auch meine Checkliste ein und sagte ihr, dass ich im Laufe der nächsten sechs Monate, in denen der Kühlschrank nicht mehr funktionierte, eine Zugschnur für meinen Ventilator in der Einheit brauchte (ich habe sie nie erhalten). Ich musste mehrmals nach einem neuen fragen (ich habe ihn nie erhalten!). Das Waschbecken in der Küche war immer verstopft. Die Kakerlaken vermehrten sich und krochen trotz meiner Reinigungsbemühungen überall hin. Ich sprach mit einigen Nachbarn und sie sagten, dass die Kakerlaken im Grunde zwischen den Wohnungen hin und her bombardiert würden. Die Endgeräte hatten keinen Strom und führten aufgrund des kontinuierlichen Kurzschlusses Verlängerungskabel aus.

Der Vermieter oder Hausverwalter war eigentlich aber nett. Ich brauchte nur ein Feuer unter ihrem Arsch, um etwas zu erledigen. Das Büro war während der regulären Geschäftszeiten nie geöffnet und hatte dann immer noch den Mut, eine verspätete Gebühr zu erheben. Ich hatte ungefähr 3 Monate lang kein heißes Wasser in meiner Wohnung und alles, was sie sagen konnten, war, dass sie daran arbeiteten! Gott sei Dank arbeite ich in einem Hotel. Sie haben sich nie für etwas entschuldigt, was sie getan haben (oder noch besser, nicht getan!).
