Ich würde nie wieder einen BC Park oder eine Zugehörigkeit zum Sea To Sky Park besuchen. Sie sind eine schreckliche Firma voller schrecklicher Menschen, die für sie arbeiten!

Sea to Sky kümmert sich um die Vorschriften von BC Parks, bevorzugt jedoch Menschen, die in der nächsten Saison zur Arbeit zurückkehren und es ihnen ermöglichen, die neuen Mitarbeiter zu schikanieren. Wie es keine Raketenwissenschaft ist, kann ein Affe die Parkpatrouille und den Parkbetreiber erledigen. Warum nicht alle Mitarbeiter gleich behandeln? Nur weil jemand zu einem saisonalen Job zurückkehrt, sollte er kein Dienstalter erhalten, da der Job saisonabhängig ist. Ich besitze ein Saisongeschäft und habe keine Bevorzugung für meine Mitarbeiter, da wir alle die gleiche Saisonarbeit leisten. Certian-Mitarbeiter haben keine Führungsqualitäten und sollten niemals dafür verantwortlich sein, Aufgaben zu delegieren. Certian-Mitarbeiter, denen es an Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen für irgendeine Art von Management-Job mangelt, sollten eine solche Position nicht bekommen, weil sie länger dort sind. Vielleicht hätte Sea to Sky viel mehr zurückkehrende Mitarbeiter, wenn sie nicht mehr die falschen Delegierten auswählen würden.

Meine Freundin und ich hatten eine tolle Zeit am Cultus Lake, auch dank der lieben Leute, die uns unser Kajak für den Nachmittag gemietet haben. Hygienemaßnahmen wurden getroffen und durchgesetzt, während die beiden Mitarbeiter, die uns durch die Grundlagen führten, freundlich und kompetent waren. Fragen Sie sie nach den verschiedenen Mietoptionen, da der See vom trockenen Land aus viel "eroberbarer" erscheint. Vielen Dank an die Mitarbeiter von Cultus, die ein tolles Wochenende noch schöner gemacht haben!
