Ich habe einen Steuerkettensatz in einen 2011er Dodge Ram mit einem 5,7 eingebaut und 30 Tage später brach die Kette am Glied und verbog die Ventile und beschädigte die Kolben in der Nähe der Ringe. Ich habe die Kette wegen einer Garantie eingeschickt und sie sagten, wir hätten sie falsch installiert und würden die beschädigte Kette nicht an mich zurücksenden Dort habe ich die Kosten für alles für meinen Kunden übernommen, damit mein Unternehmen keine Bewertungen wie bei S, A erhalten würde

Wir haben 3 ihrer Einheiten in nur wenigen tausend Meilen Einsatz in verschiedenen Fahrzeugen ausfallen lassen. Sie nahmen die Teile zurück und bewerteten, dass die Motoren schlammig waren und das Teil ausfielen. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, wie sie festgestellt haben, dass der Motor nur mit den Timing-Komponenten matschig war. Ich habe die Motoren während der Untersuchung behalten, damit ich das Gegenteil beweisen konnte, aber es war ihnen egal und sie haben kein Berufungsverfahren. Der letzte Fehler kostete mich 5000 aus eigener Tasche, um das Fahrzeug des Kunden wieder auf die Straße zu bringen, denn als das Kettenrad versagte, wurde die Kette in den Steuerdeckel geschliffen und das Öl mit Metall gefüllt und die Lager ruiniert Kolben und brach die Nockenwellenkappen. Es gibt zwei identische Kettenräder, aber nur eines ist ausgefallen? Ich würde denken, wenn der Motorschlamm das Problem wäre, wären beide ausgefallen. Ich habe Bilder des ausgefallenen Teils und eines der oberen Teile des Zylinderkopfs angehängt, wo Sie die kaputten Nockenkappen und KEINEN Schlamm sehen können. Ich werde zu OE oder einer anderen Quelle für Timing-Komponenten gehen.
