Ich musste A & E besuchen und war sehr beeindruckt und dankbar für die hervorragende Betreuung und den Service, den ich erhalten habe. Es war offensichtlich, dass die Abteilung wenig Personal hatte und lange gewartet wurde, aber alle waren höflich, gründlich und professionell. Ich beobachtete die Sicherheitskräfte in Aktion und wieder waren sie höflich, selbst wenn sie Aggressionen ausgesetzt waren.
Gut gemacht, alle NHS-Mitarbeiter, macht weiter so.
