Ich habe ein dekoratives Modell gekauft, das kein beliebtes Modell wie ein Sportmodell ist, sondern ein Modell, das in Geschäften bei jedem ROLEX aufgereiht ist. Da es keinen Asiaten gibt, gibt es überhaupt keine verantwortliche Person. Ich ging ungefähr 15 Minuten durch den Laden, als ich nicht einmal über die Uhr sprechen konnte, aber die Dame an der Rezeption sagte mir, dass die verantwortliche Person beschäftigt war und etwas länger wartete. Für Männer und Menschen aus dem Nahen Osten, die wahrscheinlich reich sind, führt eine verantwortliche Person sie sofort zu einem Stuhl und bespricht das Geschäft. Ich frage mich, ob japanische Kunden nicht so gut behandelt werden. Ich fühlte mich so unwohl, dass ich in ein anderes ROLEX-Geschäft in unmittelbarer Nähe ging, aber ich war sehr höflich und freundlich und ließ mich fühlen, wie schlecht ROLEXs Korrespondenz in Harrods war. Wenn Sie ROLEX in Großbritannien kaufen, empfehle ich Ihnen, es in einem anderen Geschäft zu kaufen, da anscheinend nur weiße Männer und Chinesen, die reich zu sein scheinen, behandelt werden können.

Ich habe mein Datejust von Vlad gekauft, er war sehr hilfsbereit, professionell und hat die ganze Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende sehr angenehm gemacht.

Nimm dein Geld woanders hin. Absolut entsetzlicher Service ohne Rücksicht auf den Kunden. Der Verkäufer war unglaublich unhöflich, hatte absolut kein Interesse daran, unsere Fragen zu beantworten oder anscheinend einen Verkauf zu tätigen. Als wir um Rat und eine einfache Frage zur Rückgabe der Mehrwertsteuer am Flughafen gebeten wurden, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass Ihre Steuer nicht unser Problem ist? !! Wie lächerlich. Das Traurige ist, dass wir zuvor eine Uhr in dieser Boutique gekauft haben und den Fehler gemacht haben, zurückzukehren, aber nie wieder. Wenn Sie kein weißer Mann mittleren Alters sind, ist es unwahrscheinlich, dass Sie hier einen angemessenen Service erhalten, und Ihr Geld wird besser im Bond St-Geschäft ausgegeben, wo der Service ausgezeichnet und der Verkäufer nützlich ist.
