Gary und sein Team sind professionelle, detailorientierte Personen, die hohe Standards für ästhetische und technische Spitzenleistungen setzen. Sie sind vor Baubeginn gut vorbereitet und während des Bauprozesses hochwirksam. Die Qualität der fertigen Arbeit ist über jeden Zweifel erhaben. Wir würden sie sicherlich wieder für zukünftige Projekte nutzen.

Rochman Design-Build hat 2014-15 eine wichtige Erweiterung unseres Hauses gebaut. Es war ein Raum für ältere Eltern, der später zu einer Master Suite und einem Familienzimmer im ersten Stock werden konnte. Unsere Ziele und Wünsche für das Design wurden sorgfältig angehört und das Endergebnis ist spektakulär.

Unser Standort war mit vielen Herausforderungen verbunden, da er sich am Rand einer Schlucht befindet und nur wenig ebener Platz zur Verfügung steht, entweder für den Zugang mit Erdbewegungsgeräten oder für die Lagerung von Materialien. Das erforderte viel Kreativität seitens der Stiftungsmannschaft und unseres leitenden Zimmermanns.

Die für uns so wichtige Kommunikation war während des gesamten Projekts konsistent. Wir wussten, was jede Woche passieren würde, und wir wurden über die Kosten auf dem Laufenden gehalten, während das Projekt voranschritt. Die hohe Qualität der Arbeit und die Liebe zum Detail zeigten sich während des gesamten Projekts. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass alle im Unternehmen daran interessiert waren, sicherzustellen, dass das Projekt gut zusammenkommt und die bestmögliche Arbeit zu leisten.

RDB war während des gesamten Projekts auch sehr rücksichtsvoll gegenüber unseren Nachbarn. Wir haben viele Komplimente über das Design erhalten und wie gut es in die Nachbarschaft passt.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserem Neuzugang und würden gerne wieder mit RDB zusammenarbeiten!
