Mein Mann und ich sind beide behindert und Encore in Reading hat dieses Jahr keine kostenlose Steuervorbereitung angeboten, sondern die Nummer für VITA angegeben. Wir sind an einem ihrer geplanten Tage und Zeiten nach Pottstown gefahren und haben erstaunliche Hilfe bei dem Prozess erhalten, dass die USA selbst ein paar Unterlagen ausfüllen und dann all unsere Steuerinformationen bei diesen erstaunlichen Freiwilligen hinterlassen müssen. Sie hatten einen zweiwöchigen Rückstand, also werden sie mich anrufen, wenn ich zurückgehen soll, um ein paar Papiere zu unterschreiben, und sie werden unsere Steuern an die IRS senden. Ohne Menschen und Orte wie diesen hätten die ältere Generation und Behinderte, die Hilfe brauchen, keinen Ort, an den sie gehen könnten. Danke dem Herrn für die Familiendienste. Sie waren alle so nett und hilfsbereit. Absolut beruflich persönlich. Hoffentlich können wir nächstes Jahr wieder dorthin gehen. Mach weiter so.

Es war die schlimmste Erfahrung aller Zeiten. Sie können dort kein Personal halten und die Fallbearbeiterin, die ich dort hatte, hatte keine Ahnung, was sie tat. Ich bin Diabetikerin und habe meine Fallbearbeiterin um Essensgutscheine gebeten. Sie sagte, sie würde hier sein, um mir einige zu geben, die noch nie von ihrer gerufenen Elizabeth gehört wurden, und sie schien sich auch nicht darum zu kümmern. Ich empfehle niemandem, hierher zu gehen, sie werden ihrem Namen nicht gerecht.

Es ist ein großartiger Ort, um Hilfe in alltäglichen Situationen zu bekommen. Sie haben mir bei meinen Steuern geholfen.

Als ich vor ein paar Tagen zum ersten Mal ihre Dienste in Anspruch nahm, waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich werde sie auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Mach weiter so!
