Mir wurde großzügig eine neue Box angeboten, aber ich möchte keine neue Box, nur ein Ersatzteil (dessen Herstellung nur ein paar Cent kosten würde).
Es wäre großartig, wenn Kunden in Zukunft Ersatzteile kaufen könnten (für die ansonsten großartigen Produkte).
