Ich war begeistert, dass dieses Produkt die Attraktivität meines Zuhauses auffrischt. Es war einfach zu installieren und sah anfangs gut aus. Leider würde ich NextStone nicht für den Außenbereich empfehlen. Oder drinnen, wenn Sie Tiere haben.
Ich warne jeden, der es im Freien installieren wird, dass wenn Tiere auf das NextStone-Produkt pinkeln (streunende Katzen / Hunde aus der Nachbarschaft), das Produkt weiß gefärbt wird und keine Menge Ausbesserungsfarbe es wieder schön aussehen lässt.
Das Unternehmen sagt, dass es im Freien funktioniert, aber ich glaube, dass dies nicht der Fall ist.
Das Unternehmen war am Telefon unhöflich und hatte das Gefühl, dass es nicht den Garantiestandards entsprach.
Dachte, die Leute sollten es wissen.

Ich habe eine andere Rezension über Yahoo gelesen, in der es heißt, Spechte hätten seinen NextStone ruiniert, und die Firma habe dies auch nicht garantiert.

Ich wollte Anita G einen Gruß aussprechen. Sie war super professionell und hat mir geholfen, die alte Furnierverkleidung anzupassen, die ich an meinem Haus hatte, als ich sie kaufte. Einer der besten Kundenservice, den ich je erlebt habe. Nochmals vielen Dank Nextstone!!!

ERSTES PROBLEM: Sie haben keine Nachrichten bezüglich des geplanten Liefertermins angerufen und hinterlassen. Infolgedessen mussten wir LOWES kontaktieren, um herauszufinden, was los war. LOWES kontaktierte NEXTSTONE und anscheinend war der NEXTSTONE-MITARBEITER für den LOWES-MANAGER SEHR unhöflich.
ZWEITENS: Der Zusteller war sehr unhöflich!
DRITTES: Aus den oben genannten Gründen hatte das PROJEKT VERZÖGERT, dass die Mitarbeiter vor Ort bereit waren zu arbeiten und nichts für sie zu tun hatten.
VIERTER: Sie haben die FALSCHE STEINFARBE geschickt!
FÜNFTE: NEXTSTONE hat nicht die gesamte Bestellung gesendet. Fehlen alle Eckstücke !!!!!! INSTALLATOREN KÖNNEN DEN JOB NICHT EINMAL WIEDER TUN, WENN NEXTSTONE INEFFIZIENT die Auftragsabwicklung durchführt.
SECHSTER: Wir haben NEXTSTONE direkt angerufen und ihnen mitgeteilt, dass sie nicht die richtige Farbe gesendet haben und die Eckstücke nicht geliefert wurden. EINMAL WIEDER, SEHR RUDE MITARBEITER, MEHR ODER WENIGER ANGEKLAGT, UNS ZU LÜGEN, WAS ERHALTEN WURDE.
SIEBTEN: Ich habe erneut mit dem Manager von Lowes über das oben Gesagte gesprochen. Er versuchte zu korrigieren, riet uns aber, auch er wurde SCHLECHT BEHANDELT!
ACHTES: NEXTSTONE BIETETE NIE EINE Entschuldigung an, "BESITZTE" IHRE FEHLER NICHT UND BIETETE KEINE TYPENKOMPENSATION.
KÄUFER ACHTUNG !!!!!!!!! Das Unternehmen scheint sich überhaupt nicht um den Kunden zu kümmern !!!
LOWES war als Abhilfemaßnahme sehr hilfreich, aber sie waren auch unhöflich.

Ich habe vor kurzem 2 große Projekte von NextStone durchgeführt und beginne mit 3 und 4. Ich habe den nächsten Stein ausgewählt, der für das zukünftige Lager meines Unternehmens verwendet werden soll. Es ist erstaunlich, wie viel besser es in Bezug auf Montagefreundlichkeit und Haltbarkeit im Vergleich zu anderen Steinfurnieren ist, die ich in der Vergangenheit verwendet habe. Da Bellastone nicht mehr auf dem Markt ist, freue ich mich auf viele weitere NextStone-Projekte, während wir beide zusammenwachsen.
