Sie haben nie jemanden am Telefon, der verantwortlich ist, und diejenigen, die verantwortlich sein sollten, sind zum Zeitpunkt des Anrufs natürlich nie im Haus. E-Mails werden nur beantwortet, wenn Sie Lust dazu haben. Als Kunde sitzen Sie zu Hause und haben ZERO PLAN, was los ist.
Ich fühle mich EXTREM abgezockt. Trotz Insolvenz müssen Gewährleistungsfälle weiter bearbeitet werden. Und wenn es aufgrund von Kürzungen länger dauert, kostet es immer noch nichts, eine kurze E-Mail zu schreiben, um Sie über den aktuellen Status zu informieren.

Ich kann nur dringend vom Kauf eines Metz-Produkts abraten!

Ich fahre jetzt seit 6 Monaten meinen Metz Moover und liebe ihn wie am ersten Tag. Ich benutze es für den täglichen Weg zur Arbeit. Ausschlaggebend für den Kauf war die versprochene Made in Germany-Qualität, wobei ich auf ein langfristiges Engagement hoffe.

Diese scheinen zu gut zu sein, Mails werden nicht beantwortet. Dann kaufe ich einfach woanders.
