Der Laden ist mehr als unprofessionell! Für eine Zustellgebühr nach Beirut wurden uns 70.000 (ca. 50 USD) berechnet.
Um 11 Uhr morgens erhielten wir einen Anruf, dass die Pflanzen in 20 Minuten geliefert werden würden, ohne vorher zu wissen, dass sie kommen würden. Wir ließen buchstäblich alles fallen, was wir taten, sprangen in ein Taxi, um zur Lieferung zu uns nach Hause zu kommen. Fast 4 Stunden später und nach vielen Anrufen im Kindergarten kamen unsere Pflanzen endlich an. Wir haben alle möglichen Ausreden gehört ... "Nun, sie waren da und niemand war zu Hause" ... Lügen ... Ich habe 40 Minuten draußen gewartet, damit das nicht möglich ist. "Nun, sie sind an die falsche Adresse gegangen, weil du uns die falsche gegeben hast" ... lügt ... wir haben eine Stecknadel mit unserem Standort geschickt.
Wenn Sie also ein Auto haben und ein paar schöne Pflanzen wollen, würde ich einen Besuch empfehlen.
Wenn Sie kein Auto haben und nicht den ganzen Tag Zeit haben, um von unprofessionellem und lügnerischem Personal herumgerissen zu werden, würde ich von dieser Blumengärtnerei abraten.
