Mein Kreditgeber kann erst nach 3-4-maliger Anfrage Dokumente erhalten. 2) Chaotisches System. Sie brauchten ewig, um zu antworten, erforderten jedoch immer sofortige Antworten von uns. Anstatt uns ein paar Tage vor dem Ende von Esrcow per offizieller E-Mail zu erreichen, schrieb mir eine Zufallszahl eine SMS und bat mich um die Unterzeichnung des Dokuments am selben Tag. Und ihr Zeitplan ist immer gebucht, was mir keine andere Wahl lässt, als ihren Zeitplan einzuhalten. Sie haben die Anweisung für das Treuhandkonto geändert, und die Papierinformationen, die sie mir ausgehändigt haben, sind falsch - und haben mir schließlich auch per E-Mail neue Bankinformationen per E-Mail gegeben. Dies ist ein großer Kauf, und ich musste dreimal überprüfen, ob dies ein Betrug ist! 3) schlechte Kommunikation; Heads-up, Follow-through, klare Anweisungen sind solch ein Luxus. Wir haben nie eine professionelle Kommunikation von ihnen erfahren. 4) Ziehen Sie ihre Füße, um uns die Miete des Verkäufers zu zahlen. Alle Miet- und Mietänderungen wurden unterzeichnet und nach dem Schließen von Escrow immer noch in die Länge gezogen. Sie versuchten immer wieder, lächerliche Gründe zu finden, um uns die Verkäufermiete nicht zu zahlen. Irgendwann wollte ich sie ernsthaft wegen solch schlechter Operationen verklagen. Dies ist meine zweite Erfahrung beim Kauf von Eigenheimen, und im Vergleich zu meiner ersten ist dies die Hölle.

Wenn Sie Ihr Haus kaufen oder verkaufen möchten, wenden Sie sich bitte nicht an dieses Büro. Sie sind nicht ernst und sie werden Ihre Zeit und Ihr Geld verschwenden. Und genau das ist passiert, als wir mit Agent Noriko Yogo zu tun hatten.
