Das Management und die Mitarbeiter hier sind großartig. Vanessa und Michael waren immer sehr professionell und sowohl beim Einzug als auch beim Auszug äußerst hilfsbereit. Die Kaution war ziemlich hoch, aber alle Auszugsgebühren waren fair. Ich habe fast die ganze Sache zurückbekommen.

Ich habe nie direkt mit dem Wartungspersonal interagiert, aber Yohana und sein Team waren unglaublich. Es gab ein paar kleinere Probleme, die auftauchten, aber nach Einreichung einer Anfrage wurden die Dinge am nächsten Tag behoben. Insgesamt sind die Einheiten gut gepflegt. Die Flure werden manchmal etwas schmutzig, aber ich denke, das wird erwartet, da Haustiere erlaubt sind.

Die Nachbarschaft ist ziemlich gut, was Berkeley betrifft. Es ist nur wenige Gehminuten von vielen Geschäften und Restaurants auf Shattuck und Telegraph entfernt, während es immer noch ziemlich ruhig ist. Die Leute, die in der Anlage und in den umliegenden Häusern leben, sind meistens freundlich und alle sind vernünftig.

Ernsthaft einer der besten Orte, an denen ich je gelebt habe. Die Managerin Vanessa kümmert sich um alles für Sie. Wir hatten seit unserem Einzug einige Wartungsprobleme, aber wir setzen uns entweder mit ihr in Verbindung oder senden online ein Fix-It-Ticket. Die meisten Probleme werden in den nächsten Tagen behoben. Sie spricht sogar Bedenken mit der Nachbarschaft an, nicht nur mit unserer individuellen Wohnung. Hoffentlich weiß Kasa, wie wichtig Vanessa ist und wenn sie jemals geht, behalten sie ihre gleiche Arbeitsqualität bei !!
