Wirklich schlechter Service. Wir vermieten eine kleine Büroeinheit in Utrecht mit ihrer Partneragentur Ans de wijn. Wir haben die Miete ab dem 1. April bezahlt. Aber bis zum 21. April können wir endlich unsere Schlüssel bekommen. Ich habe beide Parteien mehrmals kontaktiert und Ans de wijn antwortete mir sogar: "Ich kann Ihnen nicht mit Schlüsseln helfen." Schließlich sagten sie mir, der Schlüssel sei in der Küche des Bürogebäudes. Aber es gibt so viele Schlüssel für alle Büroeinheiten auf der ganzen Etage und sie sagen mir eine falsche Nummer !!! Also muss ich diese Schlüssel einzeln ausprobieren, bis ich den richtigen finde !!! In dem Vertrag heißt es auch, dass wir rund um die Uhr Zugang zum Bürogebäude haben. Aber bis zum heutigen 28. April haben wir noch keine Schlüssel für die Eingangstür des Gebäudes erhalten, da die Eingangstür jeden Sonntag geschlossen ist !!! Darüber hinaus ist die Mailbox auch nicht einsatzbereit und wir haben keine Schlüssel !!! Ich habe ihnen eine E-Mail geschrieben, aber sie haben nicht geantwortet. Und es ist auch schwer, sie telefonisch anzurufen! Anscheinend versucht niemand, das Problem für uns zu lösen! Ans de wijn sagte, wir sollten CBRE kontaktieren, aber CBRE sagte, sie hätten Ans de wijn bereits informiert ... Was für ein schlechter Service ...
