Geschäft sehr ernst ... mangelnde Versiegelung unseres neuen Gebäudes, fester Termin, niemand kommt. Reparatur durchgeführt, aber nicht ganz, so dass immer Infiltrationen.

2 Monate Wartezeit auf eine verpfuschte Intervention, eine Rechnung ohne Erklärung nach oben korrigiert. Fliehen.

Bei einem Neubau, der im April 2018 abgeschlossen wurde, vergaßen sie (!!!), das Siegel an einer Fassade des Gebäudes anzubringen. Ergebnis, es ist mehr als ein Jahr her, dass Wasser in unsere Wände eindringt, der Schaden ist sehr wichtig. Wir leben jetzt mit Löchern im Boden, um Wasser zu evakuieren, und großen Maschinen, um zu versuchen, die Wände zu trocknen (die sonst komplett erneuert werden müssen, wenn es nicht funktioniert). Das i-Tüpfelchen, als sie sagten, sie seien letzten Freitag gekommen und niemand sei ohne Vorwarnung aufgetaucht, kamen sie am Montag, um ihren Fehler zu "beheben", und dennoch kommt immer noch Wasser aus der Fassade, was darauf hinweist, dass die Abdichtung nicht gut gemacht wurde ...
