Nach ein paar Tagen Wartezeit war es unmöglich, es zu haben. Er verkauft es nicht einzeln zu dem Preis, der Ich habe gekostet, um zu sehen, dass es eine Schande ist

Unmöglich, eine Person am Telefon zu haben ... wenn nur eine Sekretärin, die keine Lösung hat. Beim Kauf eines Fiskars-Mähers ist das Produkt defekt. Tatsächlich kontaktiere ich den technischen Support per E-Mail, mehrere Wochen vergehen, ich kontaktiere Fiskars France telefonisch und ich werde informiert, dass die Person arbeitslos ist, dass es nicht ersetzt wird und ich muss man sich gedulden.
Ich frage daher, wie ich meine Garantie geltend machen kann (logischerweise haben Fiskars-Produkte eine Garantie von zwei Jahren), da die Website des Internetverkäufers nicht erreichbar ist. Und die große Überraschung, mir keine Lösung anzubieten, wenn mir angeboten wird, mein Glück bei einem anderen Händler wie Leroy Merlin zu versuchen.
Ich habe noch nie eine Marke gesehen, die behauptet, von Qualität und professioneller Genauigkeit zu sein und so abwesend zu sein, um ein Problem zu lösen.

Diese Firma zieht Woche für Woche verschiedene Beträge von meinem Bankkonto ab, obwohl ich noch nie Kontakt damit hatte ,,,?!?
