Ich habe mit meiner MasterCard-Kreditkarte ein Angebot für den Versand nur für Ergänzungen gemacht und als sie meine Kartennummer hatten, haben sie fast 200,00 USD von meinem Konto abgebucht. Ich bin nie auf ihre Website gegangen oder habe irgendwelche Kästchen angekreuzt, aus denen hervorgeht, dass ich mehr abonniert habe. Ich erzählte der Bank dies und lieferte sogar Screenshots von dem, was ich auf meinem Smartphone gemacht habe. Die First Commerce Bank hat mein Geld jedoch wieder auf mein Konto eingezahlt, um es einen Monat später wieder herauszunehmen, da die Betrüger etwas anderes sagten und mein Wort als MasterCard-Benutzer nichts bedeutet! Wenn dies Wells Fargo oder Bank of American wäre, wäre dies nicht geschehen. Ich bin 67 Jahre alt und klug genug zu wissen, dass diese Bank einfach nicht weiß, wie sie ihre Kunden an die erste Stelle setzen soll! Jetzt muss ich dieses Problem auf Verbraucherangelegenheiten und auf MasterCard selbst übertragen. Offensichtlich wissen sie nicht, wie sie ihre Kunden schützen sollen, und sind nicht daran interessiert, sie zu schützen!
