Ich würde nicht empfehlen, diese Zahnärzte zu sehen. Mein Partner hatte 3 Wochen lang Serverzahnschmerzen, er hatte 2 Termine hier und beide Male ist er mit schlimmeren Zahnschmerzen nach Hause gekommen. Jetzt, heute Abend, nachdem er den Zahnarzt gesehen hat und eine Füllung hat, kommt sein Schmerz vom Zahn und schießt in seinen Kopf. Jetzt hat er Serverzahnschmerzen und Kopfschmerzen und kann überhaupt nicht schlafen. Ganz zu schweigen davon, dass es lange gedauert hat, einen Termin beim Zahnarzt zu bekommen. Gehen Sie nicht, wenn Sie nicht unter Zahnschmerzen und Kopfschmerzen leiden möchten.

Nun, es würde helfen, wenn sie Patientenanrufe für einen Anfang beantworteten !! Ich ging zu einem Termin, um dann zu erfahren, dass der Zahnarzt für diesen Tag abgereist ist. Das Mädchen an der Rezeption teilt mir mit, dass der Termin um 1:15 Uhr ist. Dann erhalte ich auf meinem Telefon eine Nachricht, dass der Termin um 12:45 Uhr ist. Ich rufe an, um zu bestätigen, KEINE ANTWORT. Und dann wird mir gesagt, dass ich zu spät komme und der Zahnarzt gegangen ist. Dann muss ich warten (könnte Stunden dauern). (2-3 Empfangsmitarbeiter sitzen gleichzeitig am Schreibtisch) Dieses Nicht-Beantworten von Anrufen war ein anhaltendes Problem, ist für Patienten sehr stressig und sollte behoben werden! Sehr enttäuschend !!

Sehr zufrieden mit dem von Anna angebotenen Sprachpathologiedienst, ist meine Tochter tatsächlich traurig, dass sie nicht mehr an der Sprachpathologie teilnehmen kann, weil Anna es so angenehm gemacht hat.

Das einzige, was ich zu diesem Zeitpunkt wirklich sagen kann, sind die Damen an der Rezeption. Wenn Sie nicht gerne mit der Öffentlichkeit umgehen, schlage ich einen Karrierewechsel vor. Ihre Unhöflichkeit und Telefonmanieren sind widerlich.
