Ich habe kürzlich bei dieser Firma eine Tour für eine Reise nach Trapani gebucht. Das Gesamterlebnis war durchschnittlich. Der Buchungsvorgang verlief reibungslos und das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Tour selbst war gut organisiert und bot einen guten Überblick über die Gegend. Allerdings hatte ich das Gefühl, dass die Reiseleiterin ansprechender und informativer über die lokale Geschichte und Kultur hätte sein können. Darüber hinaus gab es während der Tour einige logistische Probleme, die besser hätten gelöst werden können. Alles in allem war es ein gutes Erlebnis, aber ich glaube, dass es Raum für Verbesserungen gibt, um den Kunden ein bereichernderes und nahtloseres Tourerlebnis zu bieten.
