Schrecklicher Service für diejenigen, die Unterstützung bei der Selbstständigkeit von ODSP suchen. Inkompetent, äußerst unorganisiert und nicht entgegenkommend (sie forderten trotz meiner schweren körperlichen Behinderung ein persönliches erstes Treffen und informierten sie darüber, dass ich für Termine einen PSW einstellen muss; ich bin in anderthalb Stunden von ihnen entfernt Bürostandort); Wenn Sie die geplanten Telefontermine nicht einhalten, rufen Sie stattdessen nach Belieben zurück, mit der Annahme, dass Sie verfügbar sind. Sie werden Sie für Ihre dokumentierten Ausgaben und Einnahmen belästigen (wiederholt, weil sie scheinbar nicht alle E-Mails im Auge behalten können) und Sie erreichen, wann ihre Fristen und die ODSP-Prüfung bevorstehen.

Sie scheinen keine grundlegenden Verwaltungsfunktionen zu haben: Sie können nicht einmal eine einzelne PDF-Seite scannen und senden mir stattdessen immer wieder JPEGs, obwohl ich sie wiederholt darüber informiert habe, dass ich keine Möglichkeit habe, IMG-Dateien elektronisch auszufüllen! Es erfordert ständige Verfolgung und E-Mail-Benachrichtigung, um einen Ihrer monatlichen Selbstständigkeitsansprüche zu erhalten (ich habe noch einige Monate von mir nicht erhalten!), Selbst wenn Sie die erforderlichen Unterlagen einsenden.

Sie unterstützen Ihre Kompetenzentwicklung oder Ihr Training in keiner Weise (trotz wiederholter Anfragen) und helfen auch nicht bei der Vernetzung, Vermarktung und Beschaffung von physischen und personellen Ressourcen. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass ich mehr über Selbstständigkeit weiß als die Mitarbeiter hier (und ich bin wirklich ein Neuling!).

Ich bin der festen Überzeugung, dass der ODSP-Aspekt der Beschäftigungsförderung in diesem Unternehmen nur ein Geldraub ist und diese Kunden für sie eine sehr niedrige Priorität haben.

Ich habe von hier aus sehr schlechte Dienste erlebt. Letztes Jahr, als ich alle meine Dokumente eingereicht habe, haben sie gesagt, dass sie sie an die ODSP gesendet haben. Aber nach einem Monat riefen sie mich wieder an und sagten, ich hätte kein Papier gegeben. Als sie das Papier fanden, bat ich sie, sich für ODSP zu bewerben. Wann immer ich sie fragte, sagten sie, sie hätten sich bereits beworben, aber nicht zugestimmt. Als ich heute noch einmal fragte, sagten sie, sie hätten sich nicht einmal beworben. Das ist so enttäuschend, dass sie mich vom letzten 1 Jahr angelogen haben. Die Regierung sollte diese Organisation im Auge behalten.
