Sie müssen ihre Systeme aktualisieren, sie arbeiten noch im 20. Jahrhundert!

Ich bat um eine Überprüfung meines Wassers und sie taten dies rechtzeitig. Wenn eine Wasserleitung aufgrund von Bauarbeiten kaputt ging, wurde sie rechtzeitig repariert.

Schlimmeres Apartment, das ich je gesehen habe !! Sie kümmern sich nicht um Menschenhäuser! Ich habe sie so oft angerufen und sie kamen herüber und schauten auf das Hauptschacht und gingen, ohne es zu reparieren !!!! Sie sagen immer wieder, dass es von meinem Haus blockiert ist, ohne das Hauptschacht auf der Straße zu überprüfen !! 3-5 Häuser haben dieses Problem in meiner Straße und sie kümmern sich im Grunde überhaupt nicht darum! Ich habe jeden Tag Wasser aus meinem Haus gepumpt. Ich wohne in der Corlear Street in Albany. Ein Stern ist zu viel für sie!
