Die Klassen sind nicht voll. Wenn Sie also individuelle Aufmerksamkeit wünschen, kann der Lehrer diese geben. Cascade Yoga ist das, was ich als traditionelles Yoga-Studio betrachten würde, das von Wissen und Yoga-Philosophie durchdrungen ist. Es gibt eine Reihe von Kursen zur Auswahl - allerdings kein heißes Yoga. Es ist jedoch etwas schwierig zu finden. Sie machen häufig gute Geschäfte und scheinen immer ein paar Groupon-Specials zu haben. Und ich liebe es, dass Sie kostenlos Matten ausleihen können. Ich lebe nicht in den Höhen, werde aber weiterhin die Fahrt für diesen Ort machen. Vergessen Sie nicht, zwei Blocks weiter im Juicy it Up nach dem Unterricht ein frisches Obst- / Gemüsegetränk zu sich zu nehmen.
