ÜbersetztDie Niederlassung in Helensville hat keine vorbeugenden Maßnahmen ergriffen, um 3 Reifen zu wechseln, und einen Teil meiner Felgen von einem 1.800-Dollar-Set abgebrochen, das in neuwertigem Zustand gehalten wurde. Der verantwortliche Mann bestritt, dass es von ihnen verursacht wurde, obwohl er die ganze Zeit abwesend war. Hat nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung angeboten. Sie rasselten auch nur mit Rädern und schraubten die Radmuttern nicht fest. Nicht das, was ich von einem seriösen Unternehmen erwarten würde und mich mehr als die 3 Reifen kosten würde, um das Rad reparieren zu lassen.
UPDATE: Nachdem die Zentrale Kontakt mit dem Ladenbesitzer aufgenommen hatte, stimmte er widerwillig zu, das Rad reparieren zu lassen. Er wurde auch missbräuchlich und bedrohlich, während ich ein Kleinkind an meiner Seite hatte, bis zu dem Punkt, dass jemand aus der Zentrale kommen und anwesend sein musste, wenn ich zurückkam, um das Rad wieder aufsetzen zu lassen. Mir wurde gesagt, dass er es zu seinem Kumpel an den Panelbeatern auf der anderen Straßenseite gebracht hatte, nicht irgendwo, wo tatsächlich Räder repariert wurden, und dass sie sich nicht die Mühe machten, die Farbe farblich abzustimmen (was Sie für weniger als 20 US-Dollar tun können), und stattdessen Mir wurde gesagt, dass sie drei verschiedene Farben ausprobiert haben und die beste Übereinstimmung erzielt haben. Es fehlt kein Stück mehr, nur ein Teil meines Rades, der eine andere Farbe hat und auffällt, da noch nicht einmal eine Schicht Klarlack aufgetragen wurde. Daher sieht es im Vergleich zum Hochglanz-Finish des Restes matt aus das Rad und unvollendet. Im Wesentlichen ist das 450-Dollar-Rad jetzt stärker beschädigt als zu Reparaturzwecken. Die Zentrale ist anscheinend machtlos, da es sich um ein inhabergeführtes Geschäft handelt, das sich nicht im Besitz eines Unternehmens befindet.
Der Mann, mit dem ich zu tun hatte, arrangiert, dass ich von einem firmeneigenen Geschäft profitiere, aber wenn ich möchte, dass mein lokales Geschäft zur Rechenschaft gezogen wird, müsste ich das Streitgericht durchlaufen, also gibt es viele Cowboys, die sich nur dahinter verstecken das Branding.
Habe mich seitdem mit der Henderson-Niederlassung befasst, die fantastisch waren. Die Zentrale behauptete, sie könnten mein ursprüngliches Problem nicht beheben, habe aber versucht, mich auf andere Weise zu entschädigen.
