Sehr enttäuscht gab es keine Antwort auf meine Bedenken. Ich habe zwei E-Mails an den Regisseur gesendet, der mich ignoriert. Ich würde diese Organisation niemandem empfehlen. Es ist schon schlimm genug, wenn etwas schief geht, aber noch schlimmer, wenn eine per E-Mail verschickte Beschwerde nicht beantwortet wird.
Meine Beschwerde bezieht sich auf einen dort beschäftigten Psychologen, der falsche Informationen über mich geschrieben hat. Sie schrieb etwas, was ich in einer Gruppentherapiesitzung nie gesagt oder getan habe. Ich befolge das in der Datenschutzrichtlinie beschriebene korrekte Beschwerdeverfahren und sende eine Folge-E-Mail, die ignoriert wird.
Dies ist äußerst enttäuschend und ein Vertrauensbruch. Ignoriert zu werden macht die Situation noch schlimmer.
