Sehr sympathisch, gründlich !! Kann ein bisschen warten ... es lohnt sich !!

Dies ist der schlechteste Ort auf der Welt, wenn Sie medizinische Bedürfnisse haben. Sie drängen Patienten wie Vieh ein. Ich ging eines Morgens um 8 Uhr und wurde erst nach 12 Uhr gesehen. Während der Pandemie bat ich um eine Überweisung für Dienstleistungen und mir wurde gesagt, ich müsse einen Termin beim Arzt vereinbaren. Es war für 1 Uhr geplant und der Arzt rief um 16:00 Uhr an. Zu dieser Zeit holte ich meine Kinder aus der Kindertagesstätte ab, also gab ich den Anruf zurück und der Arzt telefonierte total. Er sagte, ich hätte mein Fenster verpasst und müsste umplanen. Er hat meine Versicherung immer noch für einen Besuch belastet und bis heute keinen der Anrufe zurückgegeben, die ich danach getätigt habe. Gehen Sie nicht in dieses Büro, es sei denn, Sie haben Schachteln mit ermäßigten Luxusartikeln wie Parfüm oder Köln zum Verkauf, da alles andere reine Zeitverschwendung ist!

Ich habe einige Unterlagen, einen Dr. Physian-Bericht, den ich brauchte. Das Front Office lehnte ab, dass der Papierkram einen Telefontermin hatte. Dr. Lewis sagte, er müsse die Unterlagen sehen. Er machte mir einen Termin, um hereinzukommen ... Ich kam herein und erklärte die Probleme, die Dr. Lewis wollte, dass ich hereinkam. Sie lehnten ab, sagten, es sei ein Telefontermin und berieten sich nicht einmal mit Dr. Lewis darüber, was er brauchte. Das Front Office ist bestenfalls ein Witz und schwachsinnig ... die Kommunikation zwischen den Ärzten und dem Front Office ist bestenfalls schlecht. Ich werde bald Pop.

Die Leute hier sind unhöflich und so langsam! Sie sitzen da und warten 3 Stunden, um Leute zu sehen, die sich nicht weniger für Sie interessieren. Finden Sie eine andere Arztpraxis, in die Sie gehen und sich Stunden des Elends ersparen können!

Das junge Mädchen, das sie im Überweisungsbüro bekommen haben, muss gefeuert werden. Sie ist unhöflich und respektlos. Sie weiß nicht, was sie tut, und hat sich an mich gehängt, als sie es satt hat, mit mir zu reden. Ich liebe Dr. Bullock in Stücke
