ÜbersetztNoch vor wenigen Monaten kaufte Aldi Tslk zwei Prepaid-Karten für Kinder-Notruftelefone. Die Handys waren zum Zwecke der Batteriepflege und in der Sporttasche für Notfälle unterwegs. Jetzt sagt mir ein Freund "ist nicht mehr, gab mir eine SMS". Die Karten müssen jeden Monat aufgeladen werden, egal ob Sie die 10 verwendet haben, sonst ist die Nummer weg.

ÜbersetztAldiTalk steigt in der Abzocke ab
Dieser Service funktioniert seit Jahren einwandfrei. In den letzten 4 Wochen habe ich jedoch einige schockierend schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht:
1. Ich hatte AldiTalk einem asiatischen Besucher empfohlen und war sofort schockiert zu sehen, wie ihm der AldiTalk-Mitarbeiter während des VideoIdent-Prozesses befahl, das ID-Dokument in verschiedenen Winkeln und Zoomstufen vor sich zu halten. Obwohl ungefähr 10 Fotos aufgenommen wurden, wurde dann per E-Mail kurz gesagt, dass die Identifizierung nicht durchgeführt werden konnte. Ohne Begründung, da dies wahrscheinlich mit der rassistischen Haltung von AldiTalk MA erklärt wird.
2. Vor zwei Reisen innerhalb der EU (Österreich, Italien) habe ich ein EU-Roaming-Paket 500 gekauft. AldiTalk bestätigte die Aktivierung per SMS sowie einen Kostenschutz, sodass nach Ablauf des Pakets kein Kartenguthaben verwendet wird. Nichts hat geklappt; Das Roaming-Paket lief schließlich mit 411 MB Guthaben ab, mein Kontoguthaben wurde zweimal aufgebraucht und Aldi-Talk hat trotz der Zusicherungen der Regulierung keine weiteren Maßnahmen ergriffen. SIM und Konto bleiben de facto gesperrt, während ich geduldig auf die versprochene Entschädigung warte.
3. Der Kundendienst schreibt nur standardisierte Antworten und spielt ansonsten auf Zeit, in der Hoffnung, dass die meisten Beschwerden aufgrund des geringen Streitbetrags beigelegt werden können.
Die Aldi-Zentrale wäre gut beraten, eine strenge interne Revision bei AldiTalk durchzuführen.
