Betrüger. Kaufen Sie nicht bei der Europäischen Union. Sie erhalten anschließend einen Zollanspruch, der von ZEON Ltd. genehmigt wurde (Braun und viele andere Marken werden verkauft). Die Rückerstattung wartet noch.

BAD COMPANY, NICHT KLAR MIT DEN KUNDEN. ACHTUNG !!!

Absolutes Durcheinander. Schickte eine Uhr, um Links entfernen zu lassen, da ihr Service mit der von mir gekauften Uhr beworben wurde, nur damit sie zu viele Links entfernen und auf eine Größe passen, die kleiner als vorgeschrieben ist. Ich bezahlte für eine Sonderlieferung, die es wahrscheinlich teurer machte als vor Ort. Sie entfernten drei Glieder, wodurch die Uhr viel zu klein wurde. Sie war schief (zwei auf einer Seite, eine auf der anderen) und passte auf 170 und nicht auf 178, wie in festgelegt der Papierkram.

Als ich das Problem mit ihnen ansprach und fragte, warum es nicht auf 180 hochgerollt wurde, wenn 178 nicht möglich war, sagten sie mir, ich habe mich geirrt und sie passten die Uhr nie kleiner als den Papierkram an. Sie sagten mir, ich müsse es zu weiteren Kosten an mich selbst zurückschicken, wahrscheinlich, damit sie ein noch größeres Durcheinander machen, und ich vertraue ihnen absolut nicht, die Probleme zu beheben, zumal sie behaupten, keinen Fehler gemacht zu haben.

Nun, sie haben es und ich mag es nicht, als Lügner erkannt zu werden - besonders wenn sie diejenigen sind, die ein Chaos angerichtet haben, und jetzt muss ich einen Juwelier finden, um das Problem zu beheben, wenn die Sperre in drei Monaten endgültig aufgehoben wird. Ich habe die Uhr erneut ausprobiert (was jetzt nicht mehr tragbar ist und ich muss zu 100% einen professionellen Juwelier bezahlen, um sie zu reparieren). Ich habe die Maße noch einmal überprüft und sie sind schuld. Keine Entschuldigung von ihnen und ihr Kundenservice sind unhöflich.

Ich wünschte, ich hätte Zeon nie benutzt, offensichtlich weiß jemand in ihrem Team nicht, was sie tun, und sie haben jetzt eine schöne, neue Vivienne Westwood-Uhr untragbar gemacht. Ich würde vorschlagen, diese Clowns zu meiden und zu einem lokalen, seriösen Juwelier zu gehen. Ich werde mich auch an den Einzelhändler wenden, um ihm vorzuschlagen, dass er Zeons Dienstleistungen nicht mit Einkäufen bewerben soll.
