Kaufen Sie keine Yves Rocher Produkte!
Sehr ernste Beschwerde!
Meine 88-jährige Mutter hatte zwei (2) Flaschen Ihres Yves Rocher Passionsfrucht-Ingwer-Bade- und Duschgels gekauft und beide Flaschen waren nicht vollständig gefüllt, was völlig inakzeptabel ist!
Ich bin nicht sicher, was während des Verpackungs-, Herstellungs- und / oder Transportprozesses passiert ist, aber meine Mutter muss eine schlechte Charge erhalten haben!
Alles, was meine Mutter möchte, ist, ihr für ihre Unannehmlichkeiten einen Produktersatz zur Verfügung zu stellen!

Leider hatte ich diese Beschwerde vor ungefähr einem (1) Monat eingereicht und das Unternehmen hat absolut nichts dagegen unternommen!
Ich bot an, die Flaschen zurückzugeben, und alles, was sie interessierte, war die Quittung, anstatt die tatsächlichen Produkte zurückgeben zu lassen!
Sie sind so ein dummes, idiotisches, egoistisches Unternehmen, das sich nicht um ihre Kunden kümmert und es zeigt!
Ich werde dafür sorgen, dass meine Mutter ihre verdammten Produkte nie wieder kauft!

Dies ist eine Kundenbewertung von Yves Rocher North America. Ihre Produkte sind gut, aber ich finde, dass man nie zweimal hintereinander die gleichen Produkte bekommen kann. Oft muss ich zu Amazon oder Ebay, um Produkte zu erhalten, die ich erst Monate zuvor bestellt habe, weil sie bei Yves Rocher nicht mehr angeboten werden. Ich beschäftige mich nicht mehr mit der Firma und werfe ihre Kataloge sofort weg, wenn sie aus drei Gründen ins Haus kommen: 1) Sie antworten sehr langsam auf ihre Kundenlinie - 10 Minuten Wartezeit heute 2) Scheint, als könnten Sie nie das gleiche Produkt bekommen zweimal 2) Der Versand ist im Vergleich zu den meisten anderen Unternehmen heutzutage sehr langsam (ich finde ungefähr zwei Wochen).
