Ich arbeitete mit einem Personalvermittler, Carl White, in dieser Firma zusammen und hatte natürlich das übliche Hin und Her, das man bei einer Personalvermittlungsagentur macht. Nichts Außergewöhnliches. Er war sehr professionell und rief mich an, wenn Stellen frei wurden, da er der Meinung war, dass ich gut passen könnte. Aber manchmal wäre die Kommunikation nicht so toll. Ich würde nichts von ihm hören, es sei denn, ich initiierte einen Anruf oder eine E-Mail.

Alles in allem konnte er mir ein Interview mit Cal Optima vermitteln, was großartig war. Er hat mich dann mit einer anderen Personalvermittlerin, Haylee Shalaby, in Kontakt gebracht. Alles lief wie gewohnt. Ging zum Vorstellungsgespräch, sie mochten mich und boten die Stelle an usw. Nun, es kam darauf an, das Standard-Drogenscreening und die Hintergrundüberprüfung durchzuführen. Alles war in Ordnung, außer der Hintergrundüberprüfung aus irgendeinem Grund. Nun, ich habe eine Woche gewartet, nachdem mir gesagt wurde, dass es bis zu 3 Tage dauern könnte. Wieder musste ich anrufen und einen Dialog einleiten und hörte erst ein paar Tage später mit wenig bis gar keinen Informationen zurück und wurde aufgefordert, "länger zu warten".

So vergeht eine weitere Woche oder so und kein Wort. Von beiden Personalvermittlern. Also musste ich mich wieder per E-Mail UND Telefonanrufen melden. Kein Wort zurück von beiden Vertretern. Carl verstand, wie aufgeregt ich war, eine neue Stelle zu beginnen und wie sehr ich die Arbeit brauchte.

Von beiden habe ich bis heute noch kein Wort gehört. Nicht ein Update. Ich finde es sehr unprofessionell und emotional nervig.
