Achtung, das Lube Center hat mein Getriebe ruiniert, nachdem es den Spülservice empfohlen hat. 2 Monate später hatte mein Auto 2011 Sienna mit 125.000 Meilen KEINE Getriebeflüssigkeit, als es kaputt ging und diagnostiziert wurde. Als ich im Juli nach dem Getriebeölwechsel den Laden verließ, rauchte mein Auto und ich musste mehrmals zurück. Sie versprachen, das Problem sei gelöst, aber ich habe jetzt festgestellt, dass sie nicht die richtigen Werkzeuge hatten, um das Getriebe richtig zu wechseln. Das Unternehmen wird keinen guten Willen berücksichtigen. Ich bin eine alleinerziehende Mutter von 3 kleinen Kindern. Der schlechteste Service und Kundenservice, den ich je erlebt habe. Also fuhr ich mit dem Auto die Straße hinunter nach Shell, wo sie für 6 Dollar WENIGER schnell, fröhlich und höflich mein Auto säuberten, damit es funkelte! Ja, eine Tankstelle hat einen viel besseren Job gemacht als die sogenannte AutoSpa !!!
