Ich habe kürzlich die Dienste dieses Therapiezentrums in Anspruch genommen und festgestellt, dass das Personal sehr kompetent und aufmerksam auf meine Bedürfnisse eingeht. Die Einrichtung war sauber und gepflegt und bot einen angenehmen Rahmen für Therapiesitzungen. Allerdings stieß ich auf einige Terminschwierigkeiten und hatte das Gefühl, dass die Verwaltungsabläufe für ein reibungsloseres Erlebnis verbessert werden könnten. Die Therapeuten waren in ihren jeweiligen Fachgebieten kompetent, aber ich hatte das Gefühl, dass hinsichtlich der individuellen Betreuung und der individuellen Behandlungspläne Verbesserungspotenzial besteht. Insgesamt war meine Erfahrung durchschnittlich und ich glaube, dass dieses Therapiezentrum mit einigen Verbesserungen im Kundenservice und der individuellen Betreuung das Potenzial hat, eine erstklassige Einrichtung für Rehabilitationsdienstleistungen zu werden.
