Die Person am Schreibtisch des öffentlichen Dienstes war überhaupt nicht hilfreich, als sie ein Dokument fand, das speziell vom North Shore Court per E-Mail an das Gericht in Wellington gesendet wurde, damit ich es abholen konnte. Sie forderten spezifische Informationen darüber, wohin sie genau gesendet wurden, und erfuhren, dass sie von der Nordküste hierher geschickt wurden. Mir wurde gesagt, das sei nicht gut genug. Nach mehreren Anrufen bei der Nummer 0800 des Justizministeriums soll sich diese im generischen E-Mail-Posteingang des Gerichts von Wellington befinden. Faule Leute an Ihrer Rezeption fördern kein öffentliches Vertrauen. Ein Stern, der als der Mann zurückgegeben wurde, der endlich half, kam nach draußen, um mir meine zurückgelassene Lizenz zu geben. Ansonsten eine sehr angespannte Erfahrung mit inkompetentem Personal.
